JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE : SALES EXECUTIVE
DEPARTMENT : SALES & MARKETING
REPORTING TO : SALES & MARKETING MANAGE
JOB SUMMARY
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining working relationships with existing customers and developing new customers.
Identify potential new sales opportunities.
Acquisition and managing of credit term application.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Collecting and call of A/R.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Responsible on new services and logistics services.
Responsible for quotations to nomination clients (R/O), negotiation of selling rates and bid contract.
Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Other assignment in relating filed from the top management.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Level of Qualification
Thai Nationality Male/Female.
With working experience in Shipping, Logistics or Freight Forwarding Industry.
Age 24-32 years old.
Bachelor Degree / University graduated in Business Logistics or equivalent in related field.
Professional Skills
Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 550). Good command of spoken and written Japanese will be advantage.
Strong customer service mind with sales-oriented with operational conscious.
Self-confident with positive attitude with strong negotiation skills such Land-Air/Sea-Truck service, CBT, Consolidation/Groupages etc.
Working effectively with other.
Able to operate basic computer knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess own car.
