JOB TITLE : CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

REPORTING TO : CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up POD from Operations team
  • Scan POD to share drive
  • Send original POD to EH MY by courier or pass to truck driver.
  • Support CS teams closing JOB as per requirement
  • Record Monthly Report to Maersk , TBC , TOYOTA Tsuho, Ceva and more as CS team request
  • Issue Reimbursement letter
  • Support Accounting, Operation, forwarding to create Job sheet
  • Other assignments by HOD

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Level of Qualification

  • Experiences in Logistics/Freight Forwarding field
  • Bachelors degree / University graduated in relevant field

  • Fair to good command of spoken and written English
  • Multi-tasking
  • Positive thinking / attitude
  • Working effectively with others / Good teamwork
